Yin and Yang, the two opposing principles that complement each other and are therefore ensure that everything in life is in balance.
In Yin yoga – unlike in hot yoga, for example – it is not the muscles that are targeted, but the joints and fascia are addressed. It is a calm, yet not... less intensive practice, which provides a nice balance to more active yoga forms and the many activities and creations in our everyday lives.
In this course we combine the practice of Yin Yoga with meditation, which sometimes is incorporated at the beginning, sometimes at the end of the session, or simply as part of the transformative power of silence.
No prior knowledge is required for this course. Just bring yourself and your curiosity, let's embark on a journey together to discover the Yin within us.
