After two years away, Carmen Ana returns to Miami to offer a powerful 3-hour workshop designed to guide you from the grounding strength of the physical practice into the subtle realms of breath, energy, and meditation.
What to expect
· First 2 Hours – Master Yoga Class
Rooted in traditional Hatha yoga philosophy, this master class integrates mindful alignment, intentional sequencing, and pranayama woven throughout the flow. The practice will evolve from gentle grounding movements into strong, dynamic sequences with opportunities to explore inversions, balance, and playful challenge—all while cultivating sustainable strength and awareness.
· Final Hour – Mystical Exploration
Transitioning inward, we will explore the energetic centers of the body through pranayama, visualization, mantras, and mudras. Inspired by Kriya yoga techniques, this meditative journey opens the subtle channels of awareness and guides you toward profound stillness, connection, and inner expansion.
A mala (yoga rosary) is required for this portion of the practice, and a shawl or meditation blanket is recommended for comfort.
This workshop is a complete yoga experience—strengthening, awakening, and sustaining body, mind, and spirit—leaving you grounded and uplifted, rooted in earth yet expansive as ether.

Medical Meditation incorporates a fusion of traditional kundalini and kriya yoga techniques. It combines specific breathing patterns and postures or movements, including mudras ( precise positions of the hands and fingers). It also works with vibratory sounds or mantras and unique mental focus.

Our relationship with the planet is an extension of our relationship with ourselves. Our energy, mental, and physical bodies are our sacred resources to experience life. Balance is an essential ingredient for these two very important relationships to remain sustainable.
This three-hour workshop will incorporate a blend of philosophical approaches to yoga connecting them to essential sustainability principles, a series of traditional pranayama (control of prana/breathing exercises) and plenty of physical movement. Fallow by a long relaxation rooted on yoga Nidra (psychic sleep) principles. Everyone is welcome because everyone is constantly searching for balance, but often in the wrong places.
